Overview

The Flipdare VIP Program (“VIP Program”) rewards Members who demonstrate positive engagement, high‑quality
contributions, and consistent compliance with Flipdare’s safety and community standards. VIP status provides
enhanced benefits, reduced Flipdare processing fees, and increased visibility within the Application.

Eligibility for VIP Status

A Member may obtain VIP status through any of the following pathways:

1. Automatic VIP for Early Adopters
2. The first 1,000 Members who successfully create an account on the Application are automatically granted VIP status.
3. This status remains in effect unless revoked under Section 6.
4. Activity‑Based VIP Status
5. VIP status may be earned through Flipdare’s proprietary scoring formula, which evaluates.
   • approximate location
   • negative reports
   • platform engagement patterns
   • overall participation quality
6. Flipdare may adjust the formula at any time to ensure fairness, accuracy, and resistance to manipulation.
7. Impact‑Based VIP Status
8. VIP status may be earned through Flipdare’s proprietary “impact” scoring formula, which evaluates:
   • total views
   • total content created
   • total likes
   • total dislikes
   • total negative reports
9. Flipdare may modify the impact formula at any time to ensure fairness, accuracy, and resistance to manipulation.
10. Special Circumstances VIP Status
11. Flipdare may, at its sole discretion, grant VIP status to Members under special circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • high‑profile individuals
    • public figures
    • creators with significant external followings
    • Members whose participation materially benefits the Flipdare community
12. This discretionary assignment is final and not subject to appeal.
13. User‑Requested VIP Status
14. Any Member may request VIP status by contacting Flipdare Support at support@flipdare.com
15. Requests will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
16. Flipdare is under no obligation to grant VIP status and may request additional information before making a determination.
17. GOAT Status VIP
18. Flipdare assigns each Member a public status, automatically updated using a proprietary algorithm.
19. Statuses (from lowest to highest):
    • rookie
    • veteran
    • expert
    • master
    • legend
    • goat
20. Members who achieve goat status automatically receive VIP status.

Benefits of VIP Status

VIP Members receive:

• Reduced Flipdare processing fee (4%)
• Priority visibility in content feeds
• Faster payout processing
• Higher trust ranking within the Application
• Reduced likelihood of automated restrictions (subject to safety thresholds)
• Eligibility for exclusive features or promotions (as introduced)

Foundation Member Fee Tier

1. In addition to VIP status, Flipdare offers a Foundation Member tier:
2. The first 5,000 Members who join Flipdare receive a 5% processing fee
3. This tier is separate from VIP and may coexist with VIP eligibility pathways

Review and Monitoring

VIP status is subject to ongoing review.
Flipdare may monitor:

• Reputation score
• Content sentiment
• User reports
• Compliance with Terms and Policies
• Safety or moderation concerns

VIP status does not exempt Members from moderation, restrictions, or enforcement actions.

Loss or Revocation of VIP Status

1. VIP status may be suspended or revoked if:
   • the Member’s Reputation score decreases significantly
   • the Member receives repeated negative reports
   • the Member violates Flipdare’s Terms, Content Moderation & Safety Policy, or applicable laws
   • fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
   • the Member engages in conduct harmful to the Flipdare community
2. Revocation may occur with or without notice.

Changes to the VIP Program

Flipdare may modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Program at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication within the Application
or on the Flipdare website.
